Arguments

p_perp	numeric value of perpendicular momentum component
p_par	numeric value of parallel momentum component
n	numeric particle density.
p_tperp	numeric thermal momentum perpendicular to magnetic field
p_tpar	numeric thermal momentum parallel to magnetic field
p_drift	numeric drift momentum parallel to magnetic field
